Coherus Solutions™ has partnered with Florida Health Administrators (FHA), a professional claims administrator to process copay claims. You will need to be registered with FHA, to file claims and receive payment on a claim.

IMPORTANT: Ensure you are registered in the FHA Portal (One time action)

• Already registered with FHA for another program? No further action is required.
• Not registered? Go to the FHA Portal at:
  • https://fhatpa.net/copaysavings-coherussolutions/
    and follow the on-screen instructions. Please select "provider" as your user type.
• You will receive a confirmation email from FHA within 24 business hours to confirm your registration. In your registration confirmation, there will be a link to create an account with Echo Health to choose a preferred payment method (please see table below for payment options).
  • If you do not choose a method, the default payment option is the virtual credit card (QuicRemit).
• If you have already selected a payment method for another program through Echo Health and do not wish to change it, no further action is required.

If you would like to change your chosen payment method, please contact Echo Health:

• Log in to http://www.providerpayments.com or call 1-888-834-3511.
• If you choose MedPay, you will receive additional information regarding this option and may log in to the MedPay portal at https://echochecks.com.
